1. What kind of services do you provide?
We provide all the household services, be it hiring a housemaid or a house servant staff, babysitter or a nanny, cook or chef, elderly care or patient care or a nurse- we provide solution for all your domestic/commercial help requirement.

2. How can I place my request for requirement?
You can simply call at our customer care no. 0172-4117854 or visit our registered office SCO42 first floor swastika vihar mdc 5 panchkula for placing your service request or your requirement. We’re working 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

3. What are the processes for hiring a domestic help through you?
Place Your Requirement- Pay Subscription (Registration) Charge- Maid Profile Screening- Telephonic Interview- Personal Interview- Confirm the Help – Sign the Agreement & Pay Remaining Charge- Stay relaxed.

4. Once selected can I go for a trial period?
Yes, we provide you service with PAID TRIAL PERIOD, so that you can check on the working efficiency and compatibility of the selected Help with your environment.

5. What I don’t find the helper suitable in the trial period? If so, would it be counted as a replacement?
No, the Help given in the trial period, if not suitable, would not be counted as replacement. You are always free to ask us another Help but once the complete payment is made to us.

6. In case the worker leaves us in the middle of the contract then what is the scenario?
We provide maximum of 2 replacements for up to one year from the time of placement of the 1st worker at no extra charge if the worker leaves the job without any valid reason or does not prove satisfactory in his/ her work. How relaxing!!!

7. What is the number of leaves to the domestic worker? And when?
We suggest 2 leaves for 24 Hrs HELP service and 2-4 leave for any other type of HELP service, however, that all depends on the understanding between the Employer and the HELP.

8. Whom should I contact in case I need any help with the services or for the replacement?
You can call our customer care no 0172-4117854 anytime, for any query or help. However, for replacements, you have to first send us a mail at inquery@oscarhelpinghand.com and expect a call back in next 24 hrs from our replacement team.

9. Where does theses maids come from?
They are locally sourced maids/help from in India and Nepal.

10. Do they have experience?
Yes, they were employed earlier. However every household has a different way of working which the maid will have to familiarize herself.

11. What is the validity of the services?
In the case of maids, cooks and nannies, the service is valid for a maximum of 11 months or termination of contract, whichever is earlier. After this, the service will have to be renewed. In the case of post delivery care, the service is valid for 28 days. Post Delivery Care will be charged extra.

12. What is the mode of payment?
Payments can be made via cash, cheque or electronic transfer.
